Acceptable Use Policy

ShotSpin, Inc., d/b/a ShotSpin AI (“ShotSpin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the ShotSpin mobile app and related services.

We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user found violating these rules will be subject to immediate enforcement action.

1. Prohibited Content

• Content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Nudity, sexual content, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors in an abusive or exploitative manner.
• Harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Spam, scams, malware, phishing, or deceptive content.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access another user’s account, content, or data without authorization.
• Misusing sharing features for coaching and review or relationship-based workflows.
• Impersonation, fraud, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
• Using ShotSpin to stalk, harass, intimidate, or exploit another person.
• Using ShotSpin in a way that threatens the safety of minors.
• Interfering with the service, security controls, or moderation process.

3. Policy Concerns and Reporting

If you believe content or conduct violates this policy, or if you need to raise a safety or misuse concern relating to the service, contact support@shotspin.com. Please include the relevant account, date, and a description of the concern. We may request additional details as needed.

4. Enforcement

We will investigate concerns and take action that we consider appropriate. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users found violating these rules may be subject to immediate account termination, removal of content, and disabling of sharing features. We reserve the right to take these actions without prior warning.

5. Emergencies and Child Safety

If you believe a person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. We reserve the right to report content or conduct to law enforcement or other authorities when appropriate, including where child safety concerns are implicated.
