3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the ShotSpin service.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.

  • Enable sharing features for coaching and review.

7. Your Choices

  • You may request that we stop enabling certain sharing features for coaching and review or related relationships, subject to operational and legal constraints.
  • You can uninstall the app at any time, but this will not automatically delete your account or stored content.

8. Children

ShotSpin is not directed to children under 13, and users must be at least 13 years old to create an account unless otherwise expressly permitted by us in writing. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner that requires parental consent and such consent was not obtained, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
